The Batch Badging Process:
| Step 1: ID Design & Layout | |

An eXpress badging specialist will assist in the entire ID design process. You will never have to worry about learning any web design applications! |

You provide via email or FTP your desired ID design artwork files; such as your organization’s logo and icons. We will supply an artwork submittal guide when you place your order. |

You can provide specific badge designs or eXpress badging can submitted custom designs for your review. |
| Step 2: ID Proof & Approval | |
|
An electronic proof will be provided for review and appoval. |
|
Actual card samples are sent for testing in card reader systems (if applicable). (Barcodes, magnetic strips, proximity and contactless technologies) |

Upon proof approval, payment in full is required. We can invoice with hard copy purchase order and approved payment terms. |
|
We are now ready to start procesing your photo ID requests as data and photos are emailed. |
| Step 3: ID Submittals | |
|
Provide all data in a spread sheet format when submitting your ID badge requests. |
|
Photos should be saved as low resolution or approximately 100Kb or less in size. This speeds up the upload and download process. |
|
Name the photos so they either match a correlated number in your list (12345.jpg) or by name (Jane_Sample.jpg) |
|
To capture quality photos, it is recommended to get as close as possible to the person, displaying only the shoulders and head shot. A backdrop is recomended! |
|
No need to edit the photo, eXpress badging will crop the photo 1" x 1 1/4" upon import. We will also adjust the brightness if needed. |
| Step 4: ID Badge Processing & Shipping | |
|
We process your badge requests with in two business days or less. |
